Gregory M. Mitchell

Attorney Gregory M. Mitchell was born and grew up in Boca Raton, Florida. He attended college at Palm Beach Atlantic University, and earned his Bachelor of Arts from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2008. Gregory was awarded Outstanding Graduate for the School of Arts of Sciences at PBAU for 2008.

While in law school, Greg completed a judicial externship with the Honorable Bronwyn Miller of the 11th Judicial Circuit in the summer of 2010. He was a summer extern in 2011 for Office Depot’s in house legal department. Greg was also a teaching assistant, a member of Real Property law Club and a member of VITA, a student-run Pro Bono Tax organization dedicated to community service through tax services. Greg also was a Certified Legal Intern at the Gainesville State Attorney office, working in the Gun Crimes Division.

After graduating From the University of Florida Levin College of Law with honors, Gregory was admitted to the Florida Bar in November 2012 and began practice in civil litigation and real estate law. Gregory worked with a small civil litigation firm in Boca Raton until 2014. In 2014 Gregory joined the Law Offices of Paul J. Burkhart, LP.

In his spare time Gregory enjoys traveling and giving back to the community through volunteering for Boca Hoops, a local youth basketball league.
