Jeffrey C. Pepin dedicates his practice handling litigation and trials in the areas of complex commercial litigation, shareholder derivative suits, probate litigation, partnership disputes, business torts, and contract and business disputes.
Mr. Pepin graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a B.S. in finance in 1996 and later received his Juris Doctorate from the Notre Dame School of Law.
Mr. Pepin is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association – Young Lawyers Section. His community activities include the Notre Dame Club of the Palm Beaches and the Palm Beach County Gator Club.
He has been selected by the South Florida Legal Guide as a “Top Up & Comer” from 2003-2009 and was recently selected as a “Top Attorney” for 2010. Mr. Pepin has also been listed in the “Who’s Who of Professionals”.
