Wally Baldwin

Wally Baldwin, Esquire, a Florida native, graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a minor in political science. He graduated from the St. Thomas University School of Law, Miami, Florida in 1997. Mr. Baldwin was a partner in the Law Firm of Brant and Baldwin from 1997 through 2011 and serves as Board Member for the American Cancer Society. Mr. Baldwin also serves as General Counsel for the North Palm Beach Heights Water Control District, Jupiter, Florida. Mr. Baldwin is a Certified Circuit Civil Court Mediator with an additional Certification in Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Mediation. Mr. Baldwin also represents Home Owner’s Associations (HOAs) and Condominium (Condo) associations in all aspects of legal representation.

His areas of practice include the following: Property Owner Association Law, including Condominium and Home Owner Association Law; Real Estate; Wills, Trusts, Power of Attorney; Probate Administration; Trust Administration; Drainage and Water Control District matters as governed under Florida Statute Chapter 298; and Municipal Law including code enforcement issues.
