With more than 25 years of business experience, Paul J. Burkhart, founder of the Law Offices of Paul J. Burkhart, initially focused his firm on business law matters, corporate governance, intellectual property, real estate and licensing matters. Over the years, it has grown to include estate planning, civil litigation, bankruptcy, family law, probate and trust litigation, real estate law, Home Owners Association representation, government representation, and more. Burkhart has represented more than 1,000 entrepreneurs in various cases. The University of Baltimore graduate has been practicing law in Florida since 2005. Burkhart also expanded his experience by becoming a licensed real estate sales associate, FINRA arbitrator, a life, health and variable annuity, notary licensed in Florida and licensed title agent through Old Republic.
